
I started in revenue cycle over 20 years ago and saw the same pattern everywhere - patient experience suffering from broken workflows. I built my career (and AIS) around helping leaders cut through the noise, see what's actually happening, and improve performance without burnout.
My work centers on Epic Professional Billing optimization and revenue cycle performance. That includes workqueue and follow-up workflow design, self-pay performance, denials prevention, claim edits, reporting/analytics, and go-live or stabilization support. I am Epic certified with hands on experience with direct build and leading RCM teams through operational and technical change.
I'm not a "big-firm" engagement. My direct and focused approach allows me to assess what's happening, prioritize what matters, and build a roadmap with ownership and timeline. The goal is momentum. Not more meetings but more clarity and real execution.
Outside of work, I'm big on growth - both internally and with external relationships. I value integrity, strong connections, and clear communication. Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, I bring my southern hospitality to all of my interactions.
